There are several reasons why your home page Return on Investment details might be missing from your Tipstrr site, these are described below.
It Hasn't Updated Yet
The ROI items on your home page are updated on a nightly basis, if you recently added a new ROI item or edited an existing one, then the values wont appear until the following day. Don't worry, the values will be calculated overnight and will display automatically in the morning.
ROI Requires a Minimum of 20 Tips
Return on Investment is a powerful calculation for people looking at new tipsters and handicappers. However, for it to be a reliable statistic, it needs to have enough data to weight it appropriately. We specify a minimum of 20 Tips before the ROI Item can be displayed, you can check the number of tips in an ROI Item in the CMS by using the Test ROI Calculation button, make sure the number of Won, Won Half, Void, Push, Lost and Lost Half adds up to 20 or more.
It Used to Appear but now it's gone?
Usually this is because you haven't added any tips that fit in this category for a while. For example if you have an ROI Item which shows your Football ROI, if you haven't placed any Football tips in a while then the number of tips used to calculate that ROI may have been reduced to below 20. By default all ROI Items take tips from the last 100 days.
To change this, simply edit the ROI Item you want to see and change the Period value to something higher, e.g. 180/365 days. The results will then be updated overnight.
